Setup and Use Your Porter App efficiently

Statistics

Your Porter App collects data from different channels and prepares compared Statistics for your listings you have on our platform. It is also possible to customize your Statistics by including/excluding your listings according to your preference

You are able to see the statistics quarterly, yearly, or for any date range.

Statistics Menu

You can display your statistics under two main categories: Overview and Reservation.

Overview

You can take a look at your Total Revenue, Average Nightly Rate, and Occupancy Rate for your selected listings and time period under the Overview section.

Here is the items on this category with their explanations:

Total Revenue Gross amount (incl. accommodation fee, cleaning fee, platform fee and all other fees and taxes)
Average Nightly Rate Distributed revenue divided by occupied nights.
Occupancy Rate Occupancy rate is the ratio of rented or used space to the total amount of available space.

Reservation

You can take a look at your Guest Arrivals, Average Length of Stay, and Booking Lead Time for your selected listings and time period under the Reservation section.

Guest Arrivals The number of check-ins you have in this period.
Average Length of Stay Average length of stay of the reservations in this period.
Booking Lead Time Average number of days between the reservation’s created date and reservation’s check-in date.
