Senior Full-Stack Developer

As Senior Full-Stack Developer you will be responsible for the client side of Your Porter App. We are developing our tool using Ionic Framework for iOS, Android and Web apps. Your primary focus will be to implement a complete user interface in the form of a mobile and desktop web app, with a focus on performance.

You will work in a team with our tech co-founder and another back-end developer, and communicate with the API using standard methods. A thorough understanding of all of the components of our platform and infrastructure is required.

  • You can cooperate with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
  • You know how to communicate with external web services

Customer Success Specialist

As Customer Success Specialist you will act as the first point of contact for our clients when they need help or have questions through different channels (social media, e-mail, live chat).

We also expect you to manage customer feedback and work cohesively with Development and Product teams to prioritise bugs, client issues, and product improvements.
