Customer Success Specialist

As Customer Success Specialist you will act as the first point of contact for our clients when they need help or have questions through different channels (social media, e-mail, live chat).

We also expect you to manage customer feedback and work cohesively with Development and Product teams to prioritise bugs, client issues, and product improvements.

This job is for you if:

  • You're fanatic about customer support, satisfaction, and product adoption
  • You have a friendly and professional demeanor, enjoy communicating with people all day, and can easily develop a positive rapport
  • You can think quickly on your feet and solve problems independently
  • You have a sense of humor and your patience is in no short supply
  • You have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You speak English as good as a native speaker
  • You are flexible in terms of working hours and places, and able to work on a self-directed way

It is a bonus if:

  • You have prior experience in business and customer facing roles related to Customer Success Management, Account Management, Sales, or Customer Support
  • You have prior experience related to tourism industry or Airbnb
  • You are familiar databases such as MySQL
  • You are familiar with startups and interested in working in one
